Approximately 64 hours per pay period (bi-weekly).

Education

Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Wisconsin, and Iowa, if necessary. Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.

Experience

Past experience is helpful.

Qualifications

Acts within the scope of state's license.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development, interpret and deliver age specific care.

Must be able to adapt to patient's status and needs. Occasional schedule changes due to patient's condition and/or new patients.

Ability to stand or walk more than 70% of shift; kneel, stoop, bend or squat frequently; lift 50+ lbs.; have full use of both hands and/or arms; work alone; tolerate high job stress; drive a vehicle.

Valid drivers license necessary.
