Up to 64 scheduled hours per pay period (bi-weekly) depending on census.

Education

Current Registered Nurse; graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of Wisconsin.

Experience

Past experience is helpful, however, will train as necessary.

Qualifications

Ability to operate motor vehicle and maintain valid drivers license.

Knowledgeable of community agencies and social services for the Home Care patient and family.

Ability to communicate effectively and is willing to continue self-education for personal growth and development.

Flexible and accommodating to the needs of department and team in regards to scheduling and demand when patient caseloads are high.
