Salaried position - bi-weekly pay period.

Education

Must be a graduate of a School of Pharmacy accredited by the National Association Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Must be licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin.

Experience

Three years of experience as a pharmacist. One year of pharmacy management experience preferred.

Qualifications

Join an established Pharmacy team.

Must be capable of overall management of the Pharmacy. Directs Pharmacy Services for acute care. Procures and distributes medications. Provides patient and staff medication information. Monitors and manages medication delivery. Directs other pharmacy staff. Conducts medication studies. Performs functions related to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Must have effective interpersonal and organizational skills.

Must have knowledge and ability to apply principles of performance improvement.

Must have knowledge of Joint Commission standards.

Ability to accommodate all expectations of Pharmacy Department.
